Good intro to deadly sauces |

The jalapeno is pretty spicy, but very flavorful
The original is like a 5/10, generic hot sauce with decent flavor and average heat
The after death is more of an aftertasty burn, but very hot, like an 8/10. Add a few drops to other sauces for heat
The sudden death is deadly, probably a 9/10. More of a quick burn than linger aftertaste. You can add a few drops of that to stuff as well.
There are sauces a lot hotter, starting with blair's mega death, then ultra, jersey, 2am, 3am, etc...but these are good enough to give an intro to the world of extreme foods.

Blair's DEATH Sauce |

Being a first time buyer of Blair's Death Sauce this was a very nice convenience. Little bit of everything pretty much. From Mild in heat to Fiery. I enjoyed the flavor of each individual sauce. You have 4 totally different tasting/heat sauces so you can pretty much mix things up really nice. Find out what goes great with what in your opinion. Try them on everything the label suggests. I really enjoy Sudden Death (Hottest) in rice and soup dishes. Love the flavor and heat it adds. Great sampler idea and got a kick out of the famous "Dangling Skulls". All in all I give it a 5-5 for the unique flavor of each sauce, convenience and the food exploration possibilities. Try it!

This is a good way to try a bunch of blair's sauces. I thought the jalapeno and original death were pretty good, but the after death and sudden death taste horrible. The heat for the after death and sudden death are pretty hot. Sudden death is comparable to mega or jersey death.

All of these sauces are very hot. Even hotter than the 3 flame rating would lead you to believe. They all have a very good flavor as well. All will have your mouth and throat on fire!! Very well priced. A must buy.
