Blair’s Ultra Death Hot Sauce
Hands down, my favorite hot sauce. This stuff might not start at the top of the heat scale but it creeps up to a warmer temperature over time. The flavor brings me back in time to a mild hot sauce I used to eat in my child hood but with the heat I enjoy as an adult. It costs more than some of my other hot sauces, well worth it and a little goes a long way.

Ultra Death Sauce
This never disappoints. We use it in home made soups, hamburger patties, and chicken wings. Use it sparingly, as it is HOT, but flavorful. This used to be readily available in Canada , but now difficult to find.

Im Terry Bailey from Calgary Alberta and It has taken me 3 full years to use this 5 once bottle.
Because this is extremely hot I use it in Soups, Stews, Chile ,drinks , sauces and condiments like Ketcup, Mayo and mustard. One little bottle goes along way. I do buy many other hot sauces to see what’s available and most of these you can eat directly on top of a burger or piece of meat but nothing is a versatile as Blairs Ultra Death.
I don’t ever eat this stuff pure it will burn your mouth and throat. My favourite thing about this hot sauce is it adds heat without taking the flavour from what your eating.
When you buy this concentrated sauce you save a lot of money because it lasts along time. -
