fermentation of our red jalapeños produces an “Umami” effect. It is not too hot, not too sweet or salty, rather, it is a perfect sauce intended for liberal use on everything.

Made in Colombia.

Ingredients:  Jalapeño pepper mash, white vinegar, water, sugar, garlic, salt, xanthan gum.

    My new favorite Sriracha Sauce! I like Melinda's, they always uses the best ingredients and a great all natural Sriracha sauce.
