A well balanced hot sauce with a fruity yet plenty hot finish.
Initial Assessment Is It'S Good. I'Ve Tried Plenty Of This Type Sauce, Just Not This Particular One Until Now. I Just Enjoy The Flavor And Heat Of Scotch Bonnet.

While My Favorites Are Trinidad Hot Habenero Sauce And Matouks West Indies, This Is Always One I Buy Just For A Little Variety. A Little Milder Both In Heat And Flavor Than The Other Two, But Good For Changing Things Up.

The Process Of Ordering Online Was Favorable, But Being Unfamiliar With This Pepper, I Ordered This Sauce Thinking It Would Be Very Spicy. Unfortunately, I Did Not Realize That It Wasn'T Straight Pepper Sauce, But Was Mixed With Fruit, Etc., And It Didn'T Pass The Very Hot Test Of My Sons. I Did Not Add It To My Goat Curry, But The Boys Did Add It To Their Individual Plates, And Really Enjoyed It. Thank You For Sending My Order In A Timely Manner, And If Ever I Need Hot Sauce, I Will Visit You Again.
