Melinda's Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce, 5oz.: The Habanero (Capsicum chinense) is one of the hottest chile peppers in the world, measuring between 200,000 and 350,000 Scoville Units. Pepper connoisseurs the world over consider it to be the finest variety known to man. Using only the highest quality ingredients, Melinda’s blends fresh carrots, onions, garlic, and a hint of lime juice with the Habanero. The result is a pepper sauce that harmonizes heat and flavor without the overpowering pungency found in traditional vinegar-based hot sauces. Melinda’s vegetable base allows you to spice your food without drowning out the original flavor.
Made in Colombia.
Ingredients: Fresh carrots, choice red Habanero peppers, garlic, onions, lime juice, vinegar and salt. No Calorie, No Fat, No Carb, No Sugar.
This is one of Melinda's milder sauces. It still packs a little heat but just a little, so lots of people will be able to enjoy it. The mild heat pairs wonderfully with the garlic in this sauce to make it a versatile table condiment. It can really wake up an average pasta dish or bring a slice of pizza to the next level.
Not needing refrigeration is a plus here. This sauce can stay on the table. It has become one of my family's most frequently used condiments.
Lots Of Garlic Flavor Without Overwhelming Heat. The Heat Is Definitely There But Does Not Overpower The Great Garlic Flavor. Highly Recommend For Garlic Lovers.

This Is My Husbands Absolute Favorite. He Likes That, While It Is Hot, There Is Flavor To It, Not Just An Attempt To Burn One'S Insides!

I Don'T Typically Like The More Vinegar-Based Sauces, But This Has A Well-Balanced Flavor That Will Add Some Zing To Anything.

I First Tried The Garlic Version At A Friend'S Bbq And It Was The Best Hot Sauce I'Ve Tried. It'S Not Easy To Get Locally, So I Bought Melinda'S Hot Sauce Instead. It Was Excellent And I Am Now Converted To Melinda'S, But I Still Wanted To Get My Hands On The Garlic, And Continued My Search. I Had Absolutely No Luck In Stores, So Went Online And Bought 12 Bottles Of The Stuff From Hotsauce.Com. Those Should Last Me A While! It Has A Little More Heat Than The Hot Sauce But Isn'T Overpowering - So Many Hot Sauces Are All Heat And No Flavor. Melinda'S Tasted Great Too!
