Hot and sweet
This is a very enjoyable sauce that takes black garlic flavor to extremes. The result is a deep peppery sauce that does a spectacular job of highlighting the garlic and sweeter tones. It is one of the sweetest hot sauces I have ever tasted and is a terrific bottom-end for dull or bland foods and rice. Goes so well with tofu that I may apply for a chili patent!

This is a fantastic hot sauce! Such a great flavor and sufficiently spicy but not over the top so it is enjoyable to all people with different levels of heat sensitivity. I bought it for a house of 8 people and every single one of us loved it. Will definitely purchase again!
