This is a magnificent Hot Sauce. Nice heat factor so you can dribble it on different foods
I got 3 in my order, CaJohns , black cherry vanilla .and Dirty Dicks hot pepper sauce. Loved all 3 so much, I just doubled the order, so 6 bottles are on their way to me :) Fantastic flavors.

This can hardly be called a "hot sauce", because it is mainly garlic with a little heat, but I really like it!

CaJohns Black Garlic Chipotle Hot Sauce
I am very pleased with this hot sauce. The black garlic provides a subtle sweetness, almost molasses-like flavor. Not very hot as the Scoville rating accurately indicates. The Chipotle peppers contribute full, satisfying, slightly smokey taste. This is just a great all-round hot sauce that goes well on anything. I haven't tried it on ice cream yet, but I probably will...

CaJohns Black Garlic Chipotle Sauce is amazing. Very delicious everyday sauce. Not overly hot but has a nice hint of heat. It’s also got a sweetness to it. Both the Chipotle & original are delicious and can be used on anything you’d consider putting hot-sauce, worcestshire/steak sauce, bbq sauce etc. on. I give the edge to the Chiptole over the original as I prefer the taste of the chipotle pepper. Only complaint is it is a very thin sauce and with the type of bottle it’s in it’s hard to not put too much. You can’t have too much on there but you wind up flying through the bottle if you’re not careful.
