    Good but not great. The peri peri flavor is really good but the heat is evasive and not in the range I expected. For the given scoville rating.

    This sauce is not terribly hot but it is quite nicely mustard-y. A natural pairing for burgers and steaks, if you tend to pair steak and mustard. I find I like it best on sandwiches, mixed into another condiment (like mayo, to make the mayo less insipid.) Stingy, but not too strongly so.

    I First Tasted This Sauce At Firehouse Subs And Fell In Love. It Has A Wonderful Flavor Plus Some Heat. I Like The Extra Hot Also But It Can Be A Little Too Much. Very Happy With This Sauce.
