This sauce is not terribly hot but it is quite nicely mustard-y. A natural pairing for burgers and steaks, if you tend to pair steak and mustard. I find I like it best on sandwiches, mixed into another condiment (like mayo, to make the mayo less insipid.) Stingy, but not too strongly so.
Great flavor! It adds the right touch of heat with a distinctive pepper flavor!
Flavor galore and not just heat. This is made locally to me, or was at one time and I became obsessed.
Fast sevice. My orders are always right. Keep up the good work

I First Tasted This Sauce At Firehouse Subs And Fell In Love. It Has A Wonderful Flavor Plus Some Heat. I Like The Extra Hot Also But It Can Be A Little Too Much. Very Happy With This Sauce.
