Great Flavor and spice!
This is an amazingly tasty sauce! Don't let the sauce nerds fool you, it has a good kick and your nose will run, but you won't lose your stomach lining! Great citrus notes along with the pepper and heat. One of my favorite all time sauces. I put it on speed search and order it often. Spread this stuff on everything!!

Rhino Peri-Peri
This is one of our favorite hot sauces. It goes with everything. It has a savory flavor that surrounds the unique Peri-Peri heat. Blend it with some sundried tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, parsley, soy sauce and lemon juice for a FABULOUS slather for roasted salmon.

Excellent everyday hot sauce
This is good on everything from tacos or chili to grilled cheese and some asian dishes. This is my go-to hot sauce. Love the Peri-Peri pepper flavor. It has the heat without the bitterness which many hot peppers leave on the tongue

Rhino doesn’t get up to full speed this time
Good but not great. The peri peri flavor is really good but the heat is evasive and not in the range I expected. For the given scoville rating.

Interestingly Mustard-y
This sauce is not terribly hot but it is quite nicely mustard-y. A natural pairing for burgers and steaks, if you tend to pair steak and mustard. I find I like it best on sandwiches, mixed into another condiment (like mayo, to make the mayo less insipid.) Stingy, but not too strongly so.
