Hot as hell, though taste like you when you put a 9v battery on your tongue with spicy crap.

The Name is Appropriate! September 20, 2017
Reviewer: S. Michalski from Silver Spring, MD United States
The name fits the sauce! Although its Scoville is lower than some others, it attacks the mouth with a ferocity that is most excellent. Recommended for those only with high pain thresholds. If that is the case for you, then this is a must have!

Beyond Insanity! September 5, 2016
Reviewer: Bill M. from East Coast, United States
First off this sauce is WAY hotter than 120,000 scoville units. That being said this sauce will get those endorphins flowing! Flavor is lackluster/non-existent (too much capsaicin taste for my liking) This is considered one of the must tries of hot sauces though. Just use cautiously until you get used to it.
