Great Tasting Sauce
This sauce is delicious on tacos, burritos, and just about anything you would normally put hot sauce on. I love how the scorpion pepper taste is front and center. I have no complaints at all about this sauce, I just wish it was hotter. I am very used to eating pickled scorpion peppers and onions that I make and I expected this to have the same heat level, but it just wasn't the same level of heat. I will buy this again for sure because the taste is so incredible. Had it been hotter it would have been for sure 5 stars.

Salsy
Has a salsa kind of flavor for me, kinda sharp with a sweet bite. Good on Mexican food or mixed with Salsa. Not super hot, but these kinds of sauces get me. I think, "it's not too hot, I can pour it liberally". So I do, and after a few bites, it gets pretty hot. Heat takes some time to build up.

This sauce has a great pepper taste and goes well with just about anything. It is quite spicy/hot, almost too much so. But, I like it !!!
