Great Sauce
This sauce has a wonderfully pronounced chili flavor. The roasted red bell pepper flavor shines. Eating it reminds me of a really good enchilada sauce. Great chili flavor and a mild to medium heat index. I would rate it about 6000-8000 scovilles.

Smooth flavorful excellent for ok heat with lots of flavor
This sauce is great on tacos or burritos. Hot, but not so hot that you lose all the flavor.
