My Go To Sauce For Fish Or Chicken Dishes
I'Ve Bought This Sauce Many Times Over The Years, It'S My Choice For Fish Or Chicken Dishes. Not Too Hot, And It Has A Nice, Salty Taste To It To Complement The Fish Or Chicken.

Blair'S Jalapeno Death Sauce
Fantastic Flavor With A Nice Little Bite. It'S Not Over Powering, So Those Who Shy Away From The Ultra Hots Won'T Have A Problem. I Plan On Putting It On Everything...Especially Eggs. Great Job, Guys!!! :-)

Great Flavor!
Not All That Hot, But Fantastic, Fresh Flavor. You'Ll Want Several Bottles Since It Can - And Should - Be Used Liberally. Great On Tacos In Place Of Boring Old Salsa...

Too Good
My Boyfriend Bought This Sauce Specifically For Fish Tacos. It Didn'T Last Long Because He Kept Sneaking In The Kitchen Drinking It From The Bottle. Buy More Than One.

Where'S The Heat?
Ok, This Sauce Has A Good Flavor, But It Could Use Some Of The Heat That Its Big Brothers Have. The Jalapeno Flavor Is Good, But The Heat Level Fell A Little Short. This Would Be An Awesome Sauce If It Had Some Of The Sudden Deaths' Heat. As It Is, It Will Be Consigned To The Cooking Shelf. Maybe Mixing It With Sudden Will Make It A 5 Pepper Instead Of The 3 Pepper Rating I Gave It.
