My Favorite Over Dozens I'Ve Tried. True Caribbean Flavor And Just Enough Heat (Hit But Not Scorching). Matouks West Indian Is A Close Second. I Really Prefer These Sauces That Don'T Use Any Red Bases Like Tomato Or Cayenne Or Other Red Peppers. These Blends Have Far More Flavor And Are More Interesting To The Palate.

I Ordered 18 Bottles Of Trinidad Habanero Hot Sauce So I Could Get Free Shipping Which Makes It A Great Deal And They Should Last A Number Of Years. I'D Ordered A Case Directly From Trinidad In '95 Which Lasted About 9 Years. I Needed A Green Chile Fix After Spending A Month In Florida In '94 And Came Across This In A Restaurant In Jacksonville Beach. It Was Great On The Fresh Hot Rolls While Waiting For My Meal. I Don'T Think They Could Believe How Much I Used - About 1 On Sauce In The Neck Of The Bottle. It'S Hot But Not So It Burns Your Tongue. Having Lived In Nm For Much Of My Life, I Craved A Pure Green Chile Sauce - No Tomatillos - And This Really Fits The Bill. I Received The Package In Just A Few Days And Am Looking Forward To Getting A Bottle Started. We Keep On On Our Table So It'S Handy To Give Things A Little Kick. Service Was Fast, Too.
