Amazing
This sauce is probably my favourite hot sauce ever, along with the PIG Jamaican Style. A little goes a long way and a few dabs add a beautiful flavor to pretty much anything you could think to add it to. Smoky, spicy, and unlike any other sauces ive tried. Lot of cumin.
However, don't be a hero. I, too, have gone too far before. The bathroom echoes to this day of my moans. Sweat was indeed dripping from my face as I checked the toilet to verify that I was not passing my burning and bleeding organs into the septic system. So this should be a warning. Use for flavor, because it has amazing flavor. Don't push the envelope on this one. It will win. Treat it with the healthy veneration that you would a majestic bison; it is to be respected and feared. -
Delicious Solid Flavour
This sauce makes me happy. The aroma is tantalizing and the flavour is wonderfully balanced. Made my head start sweating immediately, but didn’t sting the tongue.
