I am from Trinidad and have tried a vast array of their sauces and also some from Mexico and Nicaragua. This is by far my favorite and also among my American and Filipino friends.

This Stuff Is The Bomb On Chicken Stir Frys....It'S Hot But Not Wicked Hot....Those Pickled Scotch Bonnets Really Do It For Me...This Sauce Takes An Average To Below Average Stir Fry, And Makes It The Bomb ! I Am Ordering Multiple More Bottles Of It, Lol....
