Matouk's (New) Soca Hot Sauce (10 FL.OZ. / 300 ml): From down in Trinidad and Tobago comes this scorching puree of blazing peppers. Matouk's Soca Hot Sauce is seriously hot, thanks to the aged, pickled scotch bonnet peppers that are the main ingredient in this thick and flavorful hot sauce. Matouk's Soca features the traditional mustard base and adds West Indian herbs plus cane sugar for authentic island flavor that complements the fiery heat from the scotch bonnet peppers.

Ingredients: Aged pickled scotch bonnet peppers (pepper, vinegar, salt), water, cane sugar, prepared mustard (vinegar, mustard, salt, spices), salt, modified corn starch, West Indian herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, potassium sorbate (as a preservative), celery seed, xanthan gum, soybean oil.

From Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies.

The Pickled Scotch Bonnetts Are Tastey As All Hell! Good Amount Of Zing To Anything Mexican Or Breakfast. I Would Consider 5 Stars If The Xanthan Gum Were Removed. I Am Not A Fan Of That Bizzarre Thickening Agent At All.

Quite Hot, But Not Too - So That The Sweetness Of The Scotch Bonnet Peppers Comes Through Loud And Clear! I Know Asian Spices And Heat From Afghanistan To Northern China, But Was Unfamiliar With The Fantastically Different Spicing Of The The Caribe. Wow...Can'T Wait To Try All Of The Matouk'S Line! The Packaging Of My Three Bottles Was Very Secure. They Arrived Very Quickly. Many Thanks.

Hot But You Need The Flambeau. This Is Slightly Milder But Has Basicly The Same Taste.
