    Matouk’s is one of the best hot sauces out there! If you like something spicy & flavorful, this is it. With pickled scotch bonnet peppers, this delicious West Indian hot sauce is fire! We put it on everything from rice & beans, chicken, even Mac & Cheese. Treat yourself!

    I discovered this hot sauce at the Providencales airport in the Turks and Caicos. It's a great sauce for meats and fish. I'm glad I can order it on line.

    I Have Tried Three Of Matouk'S Pepper Sauces All Of Which I Found The Brand Is Superior To Most Of The Mass Produced Hot Sauces On The Market. This Ranked Third In My Own Sampling Of Matouk'S Sauces Because The Variations Of Spices Used Were Simply Masking And Detracting From The Excellent Flavor Of The Original Matouk'S Salsa Picante Hot Pepper Sauce.

    In My Quest To Find The Perfect Hot Sauce (To Replace The Venerable Vib'S Caribbean Hot Sauce), I'Ve Tried Dozens; Even Local Products While In The Islands. Trinidad Hot Pepper Sauce Is Still My New Favorite But This Runs A Very Close Second. Matouk'S Makes Several, And I Had One In St. Martins, But This Is Even Better! Awesome Flavor And Heat (Hot But Not Scorching). I'M A Big Fan Of The Scotch Bonnet Pepper And Island Flavor; This Has It All. It'S Also Excellent On Jerk Wings.
