    I Bought This Because Of The Ingredient List; Applesauce And Pears. I Thought It Sounded Interesting. This Sauce Is Not Very Hot. I Have No Method To Objectively Measure Shu, But I Would Be Surprised If It Was More Than 40-50,000. That Being Said, This Is A Complex Tasting Sauce With A Sweet-Spicy Fruity Flavor Profile That Goes Very Well With Many Things. I Recommend This Sauce For That Reason. I Like To Use It In Combination With Blair'S Ultra Death.

    This Is A Great Sauce, But It Is Too Thin And Weak To Last Longer Than A Week. This Bottle Only Made It Through 5 Meals. To Be Fair, I Am A Pepperhead And Chase The Truly Spicy Sauces. If You Are A Casual Hot Sauce Fan This Will Be A Great Choice. If You Want Something To Really Warm You Up, Keep Searching.
