It's Cajohn's take on a century old recipe, gifted by an old Cajun friend, Rush Biossat of Maurepas, LA back in 1997 at the Crescent City Brewhouse on Decatur St. in New Orleans. A worthy sauce!
This was actually very good. It wasn't good on everything, but the things it was good on, it was really good on. Maybe a 9/10. Green olives and shrimp scampi are amazing with this stuff, and it's at least pretty good on a lot of other things. I stop short of saying this is a must try, but if you are interested enough, go for it! It is quite yummy!
