    Delicious. This Sauce Has Excellent Flavor And Good Spice With Little Heat. Trying It With All Sorts Of Foods. Have Not Found A Dish I Don'T Enjoy It With. Truly Is A Sauce With No Limits.. Give It A 5-5 For Great Flavor And Versatility. If You Want A Sauce With Awesome Flavor Buy This! If You'Re Looking For Heat Look Elsewhere.

    The Best Thing About This Sauce Is The Gentle Pepper Taste. Anyone Who Has Bit Into A Unpickled Pepper Knows The Distinct Flavor Of A Pepper. This Sauce Dulls It Down Which Makes It Not Overpowering. Good Heat But Not Piercing. Just A Good Pure Pepper Tasting Hot Sauce. 4 Stars Becuase I Was Expecting More Heat For The Stated 35,000 Shu

    This Is My Favorite Of Blair'S. I Tried Original, Sweet, After, And Sudden. This Is The Best Tasting With A Medium/Hot Heat Level. I Like Sauces That I Can Put Right Onto Almost Everything. I'M Not A Fan Of The Extract Taste That The Hotter Sauces Have, Thought They Are Good For Adding Into Dishes That Cover The Taste Up.

    If You Get This Sauce Buy At Least Two Bottles. The Reason Is, It Is Very Good, But More Of A Med/Hot Sauce So It Will Go Fast. It Is Thick And Chuncky, A Great Unique Flavor And Color. My Personal Favorite Is This On Eggs And Home Fries In The Morning When You Still Crave Heat But Not Too Much: Flavor 9.5/10, Heat 6/10+
