Magma, An Eruption Of Disastrous Proportions Hot Sauce Review:

Magma Hot Sauce (5 FL.OZ. / 148 ml): Tilt first, then shake. Magma Hot Sauce is a lava lamp looking explosion of blasting heat. Suspended in the clear base liquid is Oleoresin of Capsicum which gives the illusion of molten lava oozing when you shake or flip the bottle. This stuff is blazing hot. The first hot sauce you can use without getting burned. A full 1 million Scoville unit floats atop the vinegar. It hides under the shrink sleeve until you turn it over. Remember the Lava Lamp? well that the effect when you turn it over. Shake it up and it changes color, set it down and the capsaicin settles back to it's hiding place. Made with 1 million SHU extract. Look out...it just might erupt!

Warning... Extremely Hot! This sauce is not for the weak at heart. For best results, This sauce must be shaken well to achieve an even mixture with the clear solution and 1 Million (SHU) capsaicin.

From Ohio.

Ingredients: Vinegar, salt, Oleoresin of Capsicum.

I Have To Stock Up On This Because I Go Through It Too Fast And No One Locally Sells It. It'S Hot And It Tastes Great In My Book. Taste Being Up To Individuals But As Far As Heat That Is Not Up For Debate. I Recommend It And Hotsauce.Com Has A Good Price And Ship Quick With Good Packaging. Excellent Service And A Competitive Price Too.

    Neat Bottle

More Of A Mixer Than Stand Alone. If Using For Mixed Drinks Or Something Similar Then This Is A Great Sauce Because It Doesn't Compromise The Flavor. Initially Little Heat But It Builds On Your Lips And Tongue After A Few Minutes. Mid Level Heat.

    Krakatoa!

With It'S Partner Frostbite, This Also Is Primarily For Drinks. That Being Said This Has The Same Heat Frostbite Does (I Think It'S A Little Hotter). The Capsicum In Magma Actually Floats And Lays At The Top (If It Hasn'T Been Shaken). After Having This In A Drink It Make My Drink Sing! My Drink Was Enhanced With Some Extra Flavor And After Every Sip It Fired Up My Throat, Lovely! And To Top If Off This Is The Coolest Hot Sauce You Will Ever Find! It'S Like A Lava Lamp And You Could Have Some Fun Playing With It Tilting It Back And Fourth Before Eating It. (P.S) I Decided To Dip A Tooth Pick In The Floating Cloud Of Capsicum At The Top (Bottle Wasn'T Shaken) And All Hell Broke Lose! Yes That Was A Million Heat Units Of Fury! It Tasted Like Soap Though, Yuck! (Make Sure U Shake). But If Your Feeling Daring And Want To Experience The Real Heat Of Magma Then Let It Settle And Dip A Toothpick Into The Floating Shadow At The Top! You Will Experience True Magma!

    Heat Creeps Up On You

Posted by Patrick Johns on Jun 5th 2010

When I First Tried This Sauce, I Was Rather Disappointed. Initially It Really Isn'T Very Hot. However My Last Time Eating It, I Kept Adding It To A Dipping Sauce As I Ate. The Heat Will Definitely Build And Creep Up On You. I Won'T Say It'S The Hottest Sauce Out There, But Definitely Deserves Respect.

    Very Hot

Posted by Martin on Jul 20th 2007

This Stuff Is Very Hot. Anyone Who Is A Collector Has To Own A Bottle. Its Like Having Your Own Mini Lava Lamp. If You Want To Go Even More Extreme With This Stuff, Just Take The Capsicum Off The Top Without Shaking And You Have Extreme Heat In Almost Pure Form. I Love This Stuff! Worth Every Penny!
