I wanted to try a new hot sauces all with scotch bonnet peppers. I remember Granmummy who was from the Bahamas always used scot bonnet peppers for heat. This sauce is tasty yet spicy. I normally used Hogs ass garlic habanero but I think this one trumps it and will be my go to sauce.
