Naturally Made + Hot And Slightly Sweet Great On

Posted by Sean on Sep 19th 2010

This Naga Jolokia Is Known As Ghost Chili. Yes It'Ll Sneak Up On You After A Few Seconds. First Taste Is Slightly Sweet. I Put It On Grill Chicken And I Was Like Mm, Sweet..Oh My God It Is Hot. But Not Hotter Than Blair'S Mega Death. However, I Prefer This Much More On Most Of Your Food. It Taste Great On Fried Eggs. It'S Made All Naturally With No Extraction Like How Some Other Hot Sauces. You Get What You Pay For And It'S Worth It. My Neighbor Is Love Hot Sauce. When They Tried It, They Are Asking Me To Order 4 Bottles. It Really Sneaks Up On You. I Just Like How It'S Suddenly Sweet Then Hot And Sweet And Hot...

Great Non Extract Heat With Unbelievable Flavor

Posted by Steve on Sep 18th 2010

Just Ate A Spoon Full Because It'S Just So Damn Good. Even After 5 Min Of Writing The Flavor In My Mouth Is A Peppery, Slightly Fruity And Excellent Spice Type Flavor From The Paprika And Turmeric. Cajohn Said It'S A 10/10 For Flavor And Heat And He Is Right. This Definitely Ain'T His Hottest But For Sure Might Be His Tastiest. The Flavor And Heat Balance Well And I Just Want More! Yum. Flavor 10/10 Heat 9/10.

The Heat Is Good, But The Flavor Takes The Cake!

Posted by Frank R on Feb 22nd 2010

Good Heat Puts This Squarely In The Hot Category But Not Hot Enough To Slow You Down. If You'Re A Chilihead And Looking To Get Floored, This May Not Be The Sauce For You. But If You Want A Good Burn Without Any Extract This Is A Must Try. What This Sauce Does Have Is Balanced Flavor. The Sweet Bite Of The Habaneros (Red, Oranje, & Fatalii) Hits You First And Then Fade As The Smokey Onions And Bhut Jolokia Carry The Weight Of The Flavor And Burn. The Jolokia Flavor Hangs Around And Gives This Sauce A Nice Long Mellow Burn After The Initial Bite. Perfect. It'S Been Great On Grilled Burgers/Steak/Chicken With The Smokey Onion Flavor, But The Sweet Fruity Bite Of The Habs Make It Supurb On Battered Or Broiled Fish As Well.

    Great Well-Balanced Sauce!

Posted by Kyle on Jan 20th 2010

Wow..I Just Got My Own Bottle In The Mail Today And I Must Say, Bravo! Great, Well-Balanced, Very Unique Flavor. The Heat Is Not Overbearing, But Should Not Be Taken For Granted. I'Ve Never Tried Anything That Comes Close To The Taste. It'S Definatly Not Your Average Grocery Store Hot Sauce..The Flavor Does Kinda Have To Grow On You. It Was A Little Too Much At First Taste, But I Love It!

    Unique Flavor Is Right

Posted by Mike on Sep 27th 2009

I Like This Sauce, But The Unique Flavor Was A Bit Much At First. A Tad Hot, But Not Nearly Not Enough For Me (Now, Anyway, Was A Different Story When I First Got It!). I Don'T Even Know How To Describe The Flavor, It'S Kind Of Sweet But Almost Onion-Y, I Guess You Might Say. Amazing Sauce Though, Hard To Find A Flavor Like This Anywhere Else. Goes Great In Sloppy Joes, Chili, Making A Spicy Mustard, And Plenty Of Other Stuff. I Do Have To Say That It'S Not Hot Enough For The Real Hardcore, This Was One Of My Starter Sauces And I'M Putting In 10 Decent Size Drops In A Bowl Of Chili To Get Desirable Heat.

    Excellent Taste And Balance

Posted by Russell Haynes on Jul 21st 2009

A Well-Flavored Sauce That Combines Multiple Peppers. If You'Re Looking For A Sauce That Will Showcase The Singular Flavor Of The Naga Jolokia Alone, This Isn'T It Because The Combination Of So Many Peppers Creates A Flavor All Its Own. However, The Flavor Is Delicious And Well-Balanced. The Heat? Not Overpowering, But Enough To Get Your Attention If You Don'T Treat It With Respect.

    Perfect

Posted by Liam on Jan 22nd 2009

One Of My Absolute Favorites Hands Down. Perfect Cobination Of A Sweet, Smoky, Spicy Flavor. Very Spicy For An All Natural Sauce. Not So Spicy That You Will Need To Run To The Fridge For Milk, But After Dowsing Your 3Rd Or 4Th Taco You Will Be Breathing Heavy And Want A Break.
