I Love Matouk’S Line And This Is Probably The Hottest They Make. A Scotch Bonnet Without The Citrus Flavor. Comes In A Great Bottle – Like Something You’D Find In A Trinidad Diner From The 50’S. It’S Got A Ketchup-Like Consistency And Is Probably Versatile Enough To Be Used Like Ketchup. I Like To Mix With Ranch Dressing And Use As A Dipping Sauce For Wings Or Chicken Strips.
