    Fatalii Delicious

This One Has Some Decent Heat And Great Flavor. I Think It'S Very Similar To The Cajohn'S Jolokia 10, Just Not As Hot. I Like This A Lot On My Meat, Especially Burgers. I Can Taste The Fruitiness Of The Fatalii Peppers And It Gives A Nice Consistent Burn That Lasts. I Also Enjoy The Thickness Of This Sauce, Nice And Hearty! Heat: 5/10

    Unique Flavor

This Was My First Experience With The Fatalii And Overall It Was Not Bad. Moderate Heat With A Flavor That Reminds Me Of The Scotch Bonnet. It’S A Pretty Thin Sauce And Had A Little Too Much Vinegar For My Taste.

Still Experimenting With This One, I Love Its Flavor And I Give It 5 Stars Only Because It Seems To Have Great Potential.

The Smell Alone Will Lure You In!

The Fatalii Is My Favorite Chilli Because It Manages To Be A Super Hot (Like The Heat Of A Habanero) With A Surprising Fruity Bite To It. Just Eating The Pepper Alone I Can Taste A Fruit Basket In My Mouth While Afterward My Tongue Wants To Leave. This Sauce Has A Great Consistency, A Little Thick But Pourable. The Flavor Is Just Yum, Many Great Flavors Going On. Let Me Just Say The Black Pepper And The Fatalli Make This, You Kinda Get A Black Peppery Fruity, Garlickly, Onionly, Flavor Wave And I Think The Last 2 Ingredents On The List Make It. The Heat Is Comparable To A Really Nice Habanero Sauce, Maybe A Little Hotter. This Is Perfect On Anything But Unbelievable On Eggs, Wow! This Is Seriously One Of My Favorite Sauces Made By The Great One Himself Cajohn.

    Still My Favorite

Posted by Ernest Crvich on Nov 22nd 2010

Cajohn'S Makes Some Of The Better Hot Sauces, And This One Is Still My Favorite. It Has A Unique Aroma That Is Chile-Centric (As I Prefer Them To Be) But With Extra Sub-Layers Of Complexity That Make It Irresistible. This Is Actually Hotter To My Tongue Than Jolokia 10 (A Good Sauce Itself, But A Bit Generic Smelling...Even The Just-Habanero Puree Krakatoa Has A More Alluring Aroma Than The 10). So It Has Pretty Much Exactly What I Want In A Hot Sauce...Intense Sweat-Inducing Heat, Clean Flavor, And A Very Enticing/Alluring Nose. Highly Recommended.

    Great Sauce

Blistering Heat, Great Flavor. It'S Similar To Scorch And Jolokia 10 In That It Tastes Like The Peppers And Not Much Else. This Sauce Isn'T There To Take Center Stage, It'S There To Make Food Really Hot And Add A Great Pepper Taste.
