    Great Table Sauce

I Was Looking For An Everyday Sauce That Was Warm, But Not Scorching And This Is It. Great Flavor. The Wine And Mustard Taste Really Shows Thru And Gives A Full-Bodied Boost To Whatever You Use It On. It'S A Great Contrast To My Collection Of Hyper Hot Sauces.

    Average

This Sauce Has Chunks Of Scotch Bonnets, Which Are One Of My Favorite Peppers To Eat Fresh Or To Enjoy In A Sauce. This Particular Preparation Is Average In Terms Of Flavor (Not Bad, But Just Average) And Lacks In Heat. There Are Plenty Of Other Preparations With This Kind Of Pepper That Have Better Flavor And Better Heat. As An Aside, I Thought The Bottle Was A Turn Off. It Is The Kind Of Label You See On Some Goofy Convenience Store Hot Sauce.

    Taste Of Mustard

This One Is One Of The Better Mustard Tasting Hot Sauces I Have Tried. It Is Full Of Flavor, But Lacking In The Heat. I Like This One On My Burgers In Place Of Mustard For An Extra Bite.
