In the 19th century, Jamaica Bushas would celebrate their prowess in the saddle by lavish entertaining when they would vie with one another to see whose cook could serve the hottest dishes. This sauce was originally used as a table sauce and in the preparation of traditional 'hot' dishes. Today, Pukka Pepper Sauce also has special application to Creole & Cajun cooking. Use with discretion.

Goes with Nearly Everything
A balanced hot sauce that's not too vinegary. Enhances dishes and has a bit of body to it.

Pukka Sauce
This is an excellent hot sauce! Medium hot with LOTS of flavor. It's my first experience with Scotch Bonnet peppers so I will try other sauces, but this one is sure to stay on my "favorites list".

Sweet
This hot sauce has more of a sweet taste but be careful the heat creeps up on you. This is because of the jamaican scotch bonnet peppers it contains which is on the equivalency of habanero peppers. Its got more of a nice thick texture. One of my personal favorites

Distinctive Heat
I Have Had This Before, And Each Bottle Seems Different. I Love The Distinctive Flavor, And Has Decent Heat. I Would Like To Think The Bottles Are Different Because This Is Made In Small Batches, But I Don'T Know
