Nice And Hot, Not The Most Delicious Though
I Like This Sauce Cuz I'M A Glutton For Punishment. It'S A Little Thick And Hard To Get Outta The Bottle, But That Means It'Ll Last Longer And Go Further. The Last Bottle I Had Was The Dave'S Insanity Ghost Pepper Sauce, And It Was Considerably More Delicious, But Not Nearly As Hot, So I'M Torn Between The Two. My Remedy Is To Have Both On Hand At The Same Time. To Be Honest, I Expected It To Be A Little Hotter With A Name Like Ultra Death, It Doesn'T Have Any Carolina Reaper Or Trinidad Scorpion In It, So There'S Hotter Out There.

Flavor Is Slightly Metallic Like On First Taste, Then The Spice Kicks In, And It Definitely Lingers For A While. I Expected It To Be Much Hotter For A 1.1 Million Scoville Rating, But Apparently Not...My Eyes And Nose Watered Much More With The Mad Dogg 357 And For Much Longer. I Still Recommend This Sauce For Those Looking For A Spicy Challenge, Just Beware.

This Blair'S Sauce Does The Trick At 1.1 Million Sr! I Used 1/2 Tsp Of The Sauce In A Twice Baked Wing Recipe And Omg! The Flavor Was So Good It Kept You Coming Back For More. As For The The Heat, I'D Describe It As Intense. I'Ve Been Eating Hot Stuff For A Long Time And All I Can Say Is So Enjoy That Runny Nose!
