I Bought This Sauce While On Vacation In St. Augustine Fl And Loved It. When It Ran Out, I Found This Wonderful Site That Sold It For A Fraction Of The Cost. It'S A Beautiful Thing.

    Amazing

This Is About The Best Daily Use Sauce I Have. It Has Great Flavor And The Heat Doesn'T Overpower Anything. It'S Amazing On A Hamburger. Blairs Out Did Themselves.

Blair'S Kicked Up Version Of 'Sriracha' Sauce

Posted by James Becker on Apr 9th 2012

I Would Like To Call This Blair'S Kicked Up Version Of 'Sriracha' Sauce. This Sauce Has A Very Good Flavor With A Very Tolerable Heat Level And Nothing Too Over The Top. I Wouldn'T Call This Mild As It Had A Bite That Let The Heat Linger. Overall Great Value For The Price.

    Good With Tomato Sauces

Slightly Hot, But With A More Smoky Flavor Than Just Hot. Works Great In Tomato Sauces As A Little Extra Kick.

    Not Bad

I Was Expecting Something Exotic It Was Good But Lacked The Smokiness That I Was Expecting. Although It Would Be Great On Tacos.

    Good Stuff

A Little On The Spicier Side, But Mild Enough Where I Use Gobs Of It (Thus The Larger Bottle Than Most). Has A Nice Flavor Blend To It, Great As A Base Sauce For Tacos And Such. One Of The Milder Blairs Sauces, But I Really Enjoy It.
