Howler Monkey Amarillo Hot Sauce, 5oz.: Amarillo is our third installment of our Caribbean style hot sauces from Panama. We use select yellow scotch bonnets and tweaked our Original recipe. Slightly hotter than our Original with another great flavor!
In keeping with tradition, our sauce is All Natural! We dont use Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Benzoate, or MSG, which you will find in a lot of other hot sauces. Plus, all flavors of our sauce contain ZERO calories. We are proud of whats in our bottle, just look at our ingredients, we dont water down our sauce!
Distilled vinegar, yellow scotch bonnet peppers, red scotch bonnet pepper, garlic, water, salt, onions, mustard (mustard seed, turmeric, spices), salt, turmeric, black pepper, cumin.

This was amazing love the sauce so does my whole family not to hot but the flavor profile is amazing. Because of the taste I think heat level is a one on scale to 5. The flavor is full bodied and well rounded would recommend highly plan to purchase by case in future instead of single bottle. 10/10 all around
