Clean tomato based sauce with great heat and fresh taste. I use it on BBQ bastings and sauces, Chili's, spaghetti's and othe Red sauce dishes. It makes my Black Bean Soup with Smoked Sausage the hit of every party. It also has a neat side effect, re-heated leftovers seem to get hotter with every re-heat. This stuff is the bomb and I buy it by the case. I use the bottles as gifts to friends and family who look forward to it every year.r

I have tried over a hundred brands of hot sauce over decades, and this is my single favorite ever. It’s not the hottest, but it’s no slouch either. The flavor is great, complimenting without overpowering soups, wh.atever. I make my own shrimp cocktail sauce with ketchup, horseradish, and pukka sauce (add a little lemon too)
