Very solid choice
Backdraft has been a favorite of mine for over a decade thanks to Firehouse Subs. It's not too hot but has a great mustard flavor & consistency that lets it pair with a variety of dishes.

It is the best hot sauce I’ve ever bought and I now put it on everything.
The sweet, moderately hot flavor profile is outstanding.
I wish I’d had it when I was working. I would have bought it by the barrel. After trying my first bottle, I ordered a dozen more. Seriously. -

This is my all time favorite hot sauce. I kove the heat with the Smokey flavor. I am not a hot sauce connoisseur but I love this one.
