i was looking for a really good hot sauce, that was really hot and that has a really good flavor. The Z is an amazing sauce if you want a lot of heat and great flavor try it you can't go wrong with the Z

Just wanted to give an update. The bottle of Z that I bought had Jolokia pepper. This new formula uses Habanero Peppers. It is not as hot as it used to be.

Looking for some heat try this sauce. Not as hot as I was expecting but it is good. Don't let it fool you though because it hits you in the back of the mouth and not the front plus it creeps up on you. If you like heat then try this you won't be disappointed. One more thing realize that this is HOT SAUCE and is intended to add heat. If you don't like really hot then buy Texas pete or something mild..when I got this today I put four or five drops on a spoon and tried it and now I'm hooked. I will be buying more.
