One Spicy Christmas Gift! |

Got this for my husband for Christmas & he loves it. You must really read & adhere to the warnings, this is the hottest of the hot! Great experience all around, shipped fast & great communication! Thanks for making my hubby's Christmas extra spicy!!!

Recomend IF having straight up to touch a toothpick to it then another toothpick to the first. Beware when adding to things like chicken and frying in a pan.. you will not be able to breath properly, nearly had to evacuate the unit block I live in as people on the same level and the level above were coughing from the intence vapours. I work in a restaurant in Sydney Australia and this bottle is no longer allowed in the kitchen just incase it gets into someones food. When handling the extract or touching the food you have cooked with it or come to thing of it even the utensils to cut the food up..... please wash thoroughly as I have had several incidents of people touching their eyes or ''you know what'' after washing their hands several times and still getting wiped out. The only thing lacking about extract is the taste. I like the taste of chilli and this has no real chilli taste just the smell/taste of powdered chilli. Not to big an issue as you add the extract to sauce/meal.

Hot Enough to be “The Source” of the Big Bang!!! |

I just started “officially” collecting hot sauces / extracts this year…2010. Although I just started collecting as a “hobby”, I’ve been a fan of hot foods for decades. Plus, I’ve grown many different peppers including but not limited to jalapeño, Cayenne, and Habañero. I thought I knew “hot”…until I tried “The Source” pepper extract. This extract is rated at a nuclear 7,100,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU)!! I’ve tried it both as a food additive and directly on my tongue (DO NOT TRY THE LATTER). This stuff is the hottest of ANY sauce / extract I’ve ever had…and I’ve had a lot. There has been a few close seconds but they just didn’t quite have the same peak heat or staying power. “The Source” is hot instantly and you think, “WOW, this IS HOT”, but then it creeps up on you even more until your reaching for some milk…ice cream…water…anything to make it stop!!! This is my personal favorite and I highly recommend “The Source” to anyone who is a true hot pepper enthusiast.
