THere's a nice kick to it where my lips has a tinkle sensation. It's a bit salty for me though.
goes good with Jambalaya or fried rice.
on steamed fish and chicken.
It is almost like a Louisiana hot sauce (the saltiness) but hotter. Probably goes good with fried chicken.
Good price. A little hotter than Tobasco red pepper hot sauce . A good size bottle too.
