The hottest "regular" hot sauce in the world, this is really good stuff. It's very hot and has a good smoky flavor to it. It will definitely make you sweat and have you reaching for the nearest cold beverage! If you've never tried it then you need to get a bottle. You won't regret it!

This hot sauce is a very good source of heat without getting too crazy. Flavor wise I got tomato and onion and picked up on a touch of garlic. Good flavor but nothing too special. Id say its deserves a spot on my shelf.

Nothing too insane, but good flavor. More just a hot taste when eating it from a spoon. No extremely notice-able flavor. Just hot flavor. Maybe a little smokey I guess. Good stuff!!

Like everyone else said, it's HOT, plus it tastes delicious. I've always loved the flavor of Dave's, and it's become the one and only EXTREME hot sauce I need.

Best extract sauce I've tried |

I love the burn of extract sauces, but hate the way most of them taste. I usually use extract sauces in stuff like chili or wing sauce, but never on food directly. However, Dave's Insanity is an extract sauce that I can put directly on food. It tastes great & packs the punch that I love. Another added bonus is that it doesn't have that "gut-wrenching" effect that other extract sauces do. I definitely recommend this stuff.
