This is my favorite hot sauce yet. Its not hot but the taste more then makes up for lack of heat.

I recently bought 3 types of hot sauce so that I could compare flavor and degree of "hotness". This sauce has a great flavor, would be wonderful poured over chicken wings but, on a scale of 1-10 would rate 1. Disappointing that it was not Hurtin'

The Habanero Pepper is about 350,000 SHU. That's 70 time's hotter than a jalapeno. This sauce I would estimate to be 15,000 SHU. It's not that hot. Although, it is super flavorful. It tastes so good. I would recommend using it on your eggs in the morning if you're tired. It'll get you awake. It's a good sauce for anything you enjoy hot sauce on.
