Igot this sauce for a buddy of mine for his chicken wing business and loves it. His customers wanted something hotter now they got. He absolutely loves it.

Got a selection of hot sauces for christmas, this stuff can be used to add a nice building heat with just one dorp to instant face burn with a few. Has a real nice taste to it. A much better value than lesser hot sauce where you need to use more for similar effects. Don't use undiluted it will knock you over.

I just tried this hot sauce. While hot, the flavor to me is not that good. I found it to be very salty and had a very intense smokey flavor that I felt ruined it. The ingredients are also different on the bottle than stated on the site with salt being the second ingredient and bhut jolokia being the last. No Peri Peri peppers are listed on the bottle either as it states on this site. I just cannot reccommend due to the flavor.

Hot sauce. Will definitely heat up your dishes. Was expecting it to be hotter than stated though. I don't believe it's in the 1 Mill.+ SHU like it says. It's hotter than Blair's MEGA DEATH but not ridiculously so. I can eat it directly on foods without having a heart attack however the flavor is so intense that it's basically all you'll taste. So I'm sticking to adding it to dishes. However, like I've stated before. If you're the type of person that thinks Tabasco Brand Habanero Sauce is really hot then I recommend if you're going to buy this sauce that you DON'T eat it directly on foods but use it as a food additive. So all in all 4-5. This is a hot sauce no doubt with intense flavor. Would've been a 5-5 only I was a bit disappointed. Was expecting it to be alot hotter.

Fairly hot |

This was enough to get my lips burning and the mouth burned between 5 to 10 minutes with about 4 drops on a tortilla. Also my nose felt like it was going to drip, but it didn't drip. It's worth $10, but I think Blairs Stronger Than Death sauce is hotter, and Mad Dog 357 extract is way hotter.
