Would Have Ordered 1 Million Scoville Had I Known That Pure Cap Wasn'T Very Strong. Was Going To Buy The 1 Mil. Shu After I Got The Pure Cap, But Shipping Is Overpriced. I'Ll Have To Stick Too Buying Dried Ghost Peppers And Make My Own Sauce.

It'S Certainly Hot, And Flavorless So I Can Add It To All Types Of Food Without Changing The Flavor.

    Pure Capsaicin

Posted by Luke on Sep 2nd 2011

This Isn'T Actually Pure Capsaicin As Pure Capsaicin Has A Scoville Rating Of 16,000,000 And When Being Extracted Purely Has To Be Done So In A Filtered Room With Full Body Suits , If Some Off This Went On Your Skin It Would Actually Damage The Tissue By Burning It. If You Put Some Real... Pure Capsaicin On Your Curry It Would Burn Through The Plate (Not Literally) .

When You Just Want Pure Heat

Posted by James Townsend on Jul 22nd 2011

This Sauce Adds Considerable Heat To Any Liquid You Put It In. I Have Used It For About 10 Years In My Restaurant Sauces. 2 Oz Will Heat Up About 12 Gallons Of Already Spicy Sauces. Use With Caution Is No Joke.

Not As Hot As Said To Be

Posted by Rt on Feb 11th 2011

This Sauce Is Hot But Not That Hot. It Is Hot For About 3 Minutes And Then It Starts To Fade. I Would Compare It To Black Mamba. Also, It Has No Flavor.
