Good Sauce
I Just Got A Bottle Of This For My Birthday Over The Weekend, Along With Some Other Sauces, And I Was Surprised By The Heat Level. I Have Had Some Yucateco Sauces Before That Were Flavorful But Not Terribly Hot, By Any Means. This One Combines Great Flavor With A Decent Kick. If You Want To Be Overwhelmed With Pain, It'S Not Quite Suitable For That, But It Will Definitely Get Your Attention. I Had About Thirty Seconds Of Decent Capsacin Rush; A Good Sauce, A Good Purchase Overall, And Some Very Nice And Bold Flavor To It.

I Have Been Trying Hot Sauces From All Over The World For Over 20 Years. In Fact, I Now Have A Job That Involves International Travel. I Rate This As The Best Hot Sauce I Have Ever Used, Across A Balance Of Flavor, Heat, Intensity, And Versatility. Excellent Right Out Of The Bottle On Pizza, Eggs, Pasta, Etc. Great In Homemade Jambalaya, Pasta Sauce And Chile. Very Excited To Have Found It, Since I'M Not Going To Be In Mexico Again In The Short Term, And I'M Almost Out Of The Stash I Bought Back In December.
