Caribbean Condiment Pirates Blend Hot Sauce, 10oz.: Unique Sauce and Marinade. This is the famous Costa Rican Table Sauce you love. Diving in the shark-infested waters off Isla de Coc, we came across a sealed gold box. Glazing in wild wonder, we opened the box to find an old leather pouch containg a gould doubloon, a black silk eye patch, a hand-scrawled recipe to a long fogotten condiment and a small bode of unknow origin. Thus we christened this savory sauce from the briny blue Pirates Blend. Shiver me timbers, can you say Lizano? This Caribbean concoction is in a class by itself, with nary a one comparable condiment here on the mainland. A ginger, cumin, mustard, garlic, celery and cayenne sauce, Pirates Blend really shines on all seafoods, poultry, pork, red or black beans, rice dishes, Mexicali dishes and eggs. It's spicier than it is hot, and there isn't a table in Costa Rica that doesn't have a variation of this sauce on it. It's da kine! It sure makes a lifetime of beans, chicken and rice more palatable.
Made in Costa Rica.
Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Vinegar, Carrots, Salt, Onion, Cucumber, Corn Starch, Mustard, Cumin, Ginger and other Spices, Cayenne Peppers and Caramel Color with Vitamin C.
Really love this sauce. No heat but that isn't the point. Fantastic flavor!
I First Discovered This Amazing Sauce Last Year While My Wife And I Were House-Sitting For Some Friends. They Had A Bottle In The Fridge, And All It Took Was One Try Over Eggs And Hash Browns, And That Was It! I Managed To Consume Most Of The Bottle! This Is Not A Spicy Hot Sauce At All, But Is A Uniquely Mild But Flavorful Concoction. I Am Surprised This Sauce Isn'T More Popular. I Was Hoping To Find It In Our Local Stores, As I Have Seen Other Half Moon Bay Trading Products On The Shelves. But I Don'T Mind Ordering From Hotsauce.Com, As These Guys Seem To Have Just About Any Hot Sauce Made, And Shipping Was Really Fast! Cheers!

I'Ve Been Addicted To This Stuff Since I First Picked It Off A Shelf In Flordia Almost 10 Years Ago. Not Really Hot At All, But It Has A Very Unique Flavor That I Can'T Get Enough Of. I Wish This Was Easier To Get, Because I Always Have To Order Online!
