I own the exact same sauce and that tiny bit does not do what he says it does. If your looking for a kick, put about 6 drops in your gravy with your biscuits. That will put hair on your chest. By the way, he did not pronounce the name right. it is pronounced Bhut (hoot) Jolokia.

I hope to god i got a bad batch cuz it was not near as hot as daves 650,000 sauce or mad dogs 357,000. maybe im not waiting long enough for it to start burnin before i give up and try a different one cuz i just bought it and anothers but it was not hot..... no where near 1,000,000. nifty flavor tho kinda and it kinda smells like v8 splash.

To those who are comparing this sauce to pepper extract sauces....Really? Pepper extracts are intended for cooking purposes only, if you put them directly on your meal....more power to you, but a lot of people like me actually like to taste the flavor of the food not just heat. This sauce gives you a taste of what the Bhut Jolokia is all about. You feel it getting hotter and hotter, without the blisters on the roof of your mouth. It also has a nice flavor too. I recommend to use quite sparingly on your food because it packs plenty of heat.
