a little faky, doesn't seem very natural but a nice hidden burn with a flavor that would be good for chicken or wings.

I'm a fan of simple heat with out the sweetness and vinegar that most hot sauce's have. See Jane On Fire has the perfect heat of cayenne pepper in a otherwise simple sauce. It is perfect for "everything" from eggs to gumbo.
