The higher the percent the more pain and less flavor. Although there are chileheads that will argue, that the more the pain the better the flavor. Reviewer: Not hot enough

This is one of the hottest hot sauces I have tried to date. Hotter than any of the El Yucateco sauces I have tried, other "gag" hot sauces. It is hot enough to make a friend run around in their back yard after cooking 1lb WINGZ with an entire bottle, screaming in pain...just like in a cartoon. I require something hotter however.

Rated only 3 peppers on this site.... I just ordered some Blairs 3am reserve, coming in at 5 peppers, hopefully that will be hotter.
