The heat is good, but the flavor takes the cake! |

Good heat puts this squarely in the "hot" category but not hot enough to slow you down. If you're a chilihead and looking to get floored, this may not be the sauce for you. But if you want a good burn without any extract this is a MUST try.
What this sauce does have is balanced flavor. The sweet bite of the habaneros (red, oranje, & fatalii) hits you first and then fade as the smokey onions and bhut jolokia carry the weight of the flavor and burn. The jolokia flavor hangs around and gives this sauce a nice long mellow burn after the initial bite. Perfect.
It's been great on grilled burgers/steak/chicken with the smokey onion flavor, but the sweet fruity bite of the habs make it supurb on battered or broiled fish as well.

Wow..I just got my own bottle in the mail today and I must say, BRAVO! Great, well-balanced, VERY unique flavor. The heat is not overbearing, but should not be taken for granted. I've never tried anything that comes close to the taste. It's definatly not your average grocery store hot sauce..The flavor does kinda have to grow on you. It was a little too much at first taste, but I love it!

I like this sauce, but the unique flavor was a bit much at first. A tad hot, but not nearly not enough for me (now, anyway, was a different story when I first got it!). I don't even know how to describe the flavor, it's kind of sweet but almost onion-y, I guess you might say. Amazing sauce though, hard to find a flavor like this anywhere else. Goes great in sloppy joes, chili, making a spicy mustard, and plenty of other stuff. I do have to say that it's not hot enough for the real hardcore, this was one of my starter sauces and I'm putting in 10 decent size drops in a bowl of chili to get desirable heat.

A well-flavored sauce that combines multiple peppers. If you're looking for a sauce that will showcase the singular flavor of the naga jolokia alone, this isn't it because the combination of so many peppers creates a flavor all its own. However, the flavor is delicious and well-balanced. The heat? Not overpowering, but enough to get your attention if you don't treat it with respect.
