Amazing sauce with a pleasant burn	November 7, 2012

This was my first Jolokia sauce, and I have to say, I am hooked. This is my new favorite sauce, it tastes wonderful and the burn is not over the limit, it is just right. I would HIGHLY recommend this to someone who is making the transition from habs to jolokias, it is simply incredible. (extra +1 to Dave's Gourmet for actually making this sauce taste good despite the extract, I have a bottle of Original Insanity, and I cannot stand the taste, and I actually look forward to eating this sauce.) 10/10

If you are looking for heat this sauce has it!!! This is my favorite hot sauce especially on wings. HotSauce.com is an excellent supplier with great prices and fast delivery!!!

This is my favorite sauce for really adding some heat to dishes. I use it for making stir fry, chili, meaty stews. Its always in the stock for these types of dishes. Very hot, so one would need to pay close attention to how much you use. Nice thing about this sauce is that it has a nice flavor to it.

Just used this for the first time as the base for a wet rub on baby-back ribs. Incredible. May be too hot for some, but that just means more for me.

As I climb the Scoville ladder this is a great bench mark. The sauce was surprisingly tasteful. Initial heat is not overwhelming, but it builds up and holds evenly. I looking forward to more sauces!
