Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet and Ginger Hot Sauce, 5oz.: ** WInner of Screaming Mimi's Gold Medal 2015 in the All Natural category at the NYC Hot Sauce Expo **

Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce perfectly balances a vibrant flavor with a slow-burning heat. This original recipe is very loosely based off of a Jamaican jerk recipe, but more to compliment than compete with it. The brightness of the ginger and lime also work perfectly to spice up soups and curries or mix a little with honey and use for sweet potatoes or wings. This is a surprisingly versatile sauce and can be added to almost all of your favorite dishes.

Made using all-natural ingredients so sometimes the color and heat of the sauce may vary slightly from batch to batch but the taste will be the same!

White vinegar, sweet onions, orange bell peppers, scotch bonnet hot peppers, lime juice, ginger root, garlic, olive oil, salt and spices.

I Was Introduced To This Through Hot Ones. We Just Celebrated My Lady'S 40Th. Decided To Make A Lot Of Finger Foods Since Her Birthday Falls Near Super Bowl Time And People Would Appreciate A Second Dosing Of Wings, Sliders And Various Other. I Marinated Two Large Bags Of Chicken Wings From Costco With Two Bottles Of Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet. People Went Apeshit On Them. Many Asking For The Marinade. This Sauce Is The Shit!!

Sauce 2Of11 We Tried Of Our First Order. Not As Hot As I Anticipated. The Ginger Flavor Really Shines Through. Had It On Some Shredded Chicken And It Soaked In Beautifully And Added A Nice Flavorful Warmth.
