Marie Sharp's Belizean Heat Hot Sauce, 10oz.: Marie began creating recipes from the noble Belizean Red Habanero peppers grown in her garden. These recipes became an instant success with her family & friends. Marie is one of the true pioneers in the pepper sauce industry. Try this great Habanero pepper sauce that's new in the Marie Sharp's line.

This sauce has a Scoville Rating of 350,000 units. Flavor with heat. This is why Marie Sharp's sauces are famous world-wide. Specially blended for devoted heat seekers, this sauce is great for cooking. Marie achieves the wonderful, complex flavors by using only fresh ingredients. Fanatical hot sauce lovers claim the best concoction is one that will burn a hole in the tablecloth. Marie Sharp, however, became Belize's hottest mama by starting at the low end of the temperature scale. She began experimenting with the Red Habanero peppers grown on her family's farm in the Maya Mountains near Dangriga.

Today Marie Sharp's Sauces can be found on almost every table in Belize! Flavor soups, sauces and stir fries or add to boiling water for rice, pasta or seafood. Heat level XXXX.

Ingredients: Habanero pepper mash, capsicum oil, fresh carrots, white vinegar, lime juice, tomato, Creole spices, onions, garlic, salt. No Fat, No Cholesterol.

From Belize.

Great Stuff, But The Bottles Leaked

    Posted by L R on Sep 5th 2016

My Husband Loves This Stuff And We Always Keep At Least Two Bottles On Hand. He Puts It On Everything. We Ordered Three Bottles And Two Of Them Leaked During Shipping. They Were Not Broken And The Outer Seals Were Intact, So Maybe An Issue With Air Pressure During Transit. But It'S Not The First Time It'S Happened Either, So It'S Frustrating To Lose Some Product Each Time.

I Have Used Marie Sharps Hot Sauces For A Few Years Now. The Fiery Though Tasty And Warm Just Wasn'T Giving Me The Kick I Wanted. So We Gave The Belizean A Try. Couldn'T Be Happier Same Great Flavor With A Kick

So Much Flavor And So Much Heat

Be Careful With This One, But When You Want To Add Heat But Not Ruin The Food, It'S The Clear Winner.

    Perfect Amount Of Heat

Not Sure Why This Is Rated Hotter Than Dave'S Insanity Sauce Because It Isn'T. I Liberally Add This To Anything I Normally Add Hot Sauce To, Like Pizza Or Eggs, And It'S Not Nearly As Overwhelming As Dave'S. To Me Anyway. Delicious Sauce; I'Ve Used About Half The Bottle In Only A Week.

    Love You Marie!

This Sauce Has Unique Blend Of Spices Accompanied By Some Heat! If You'Re A Real Hot Sauce Lover And Always Want A Little More Heat To Go With Flavor, Then This Sauce Is Perfect. I Really Like The Added Pepper Mash And Tomato. It'S Slightly Different Than Most Other Hot Sauces. I Will Always Keep A Bottle Of This Around.
