    Well, it's hot...

But I don't particularly like the taste or smell. Mostly using it as a seasoning in other foods that mask the taste and smell, such as omelets or chili.

Not Quite As Spicy As The Regular Insanity Sauce, But I Like The Flavor Way Way Better.

    Good

Good Taste Of Garlic And Spice Before The Heat Knocks You On Your Ass. I'M Still Debating Over What To Cook This With, But It Delivers A Good Amount Of Heat. Not As Hot As Da Bomb'S Beyond Insanity, But That Stuff Doesn'T Get Touched Unless It'S Going In A Big Pot Of Chilli.

    Insanely Good Sauce

This Is A Great Sauce Much Better Than The Regular Insanity. With Total Insanity You Get Great Flavor With A Fair Amount Of Spice. This Is One Of The Insanity Sauces Without A Chemical After Taste. I Put It On Anything That Could Use Hot Sauce.

Not Killer Hot, But Awesome Flavor!

When You See The Name Dave'S On The Label, Certain Images Come To Mind... Of Intense Heat, But Also The Bitter, Almost Metallic Aftertaste. At Least, That'S What I Always Got Out Of The Original Insanity Sauce, Which Was (And Is) Superb As An Ingredient But Hardly Something You'D Want To Put On Food Directly, Even If You Could Handle The Burn. Happily, Total Insanity Has Changed My Perception Of Dave'S Sauces. It'S About The Same Heat Level As The Original Insanity (Maybe It'S Slightly Milder), But With A Much More Pleasant Flavor, Very Garlic-Y And Sweet. It Reminds Me Of A Nice Thick Wing Sauce, With A Capsicum Kicker To Remind You This Isn'T A Sauce To Be Taken Lightly For All Of That. The Burn Isn'T Intense, But Does Last A Good Long Time. I'D Recommend This To Anyone Who Loves Flavor In Their Food As Well As Heat. Total Insanity Is Hardly The Hottest Thing You Can Buy, But It'S One Of The Best-Tasting Sauces I'Ve Yet Encountered On The High End Of The Shu Scale.

Yes Its A Different Flavor All Together. I First Tried This Sauce In A Sampler And Was Hooked. The Intensity And Flavor Are Very Well Balanced. If You Like More Flavor Than Heat Well This Is The Sauce For You. And Just Like Daves Its Very Thick. And The Blackberry Wine Gives It A Great Flavor That You Will Never Forget
